Refund Information
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it . We'll contact you as soon as we receive the item and issue an immediate refund (or, if specified, a coupon for a new purchase).
If you purchased multiple products in the same order but they were delivered at different times, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last product received.
The product must be returned properly packaged in its original packaging (not damaged, opened, or used) and accompanied by all accessories and documentation, if any. The transport document must be included (found in the original packaging).
NB: Since these are extremely intimate products, returns are only accepted for products still sealed in their packaging.

How to communicate the Return?
If you wish to return a product, you must notify Mysexcare Assistance with a clear statement. You can do so by sending a message in the contact section , a WhatsApp message, or an email to mysexare@gmail.com.
Who pays for the return shipping?
You are responsible for returning the product. The company does not cover this cost.
Return conditions
Products must be returned intact , unopened , in their original packaging and with all accessories, packaging and documents included at the time of purchase.
Refund Method
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g., if you paid by card, you will receive the refund on the same card) or, if specified, when a coupon for a new purchase is issued.
