User Guide:
-
Apply your favorite water-based lubricant to the dilator.
You can also put some on your vulva if you like.
We recommend starting with the smallest size.
-
Get into a comfortable position.
We recommend: supine position with knees bent and legs slightly apart
-
Breathe slowly. Insert the dilator gradually without forcing it. If pain occurs, the pressure may be too high.
-
Leave the dilator still for a few minutes and once you feel ready, move it back and forth without letting it come out.
Repeat 5 times.
-
Make gentle circular movements: 5 times to the right and 5 times to the left. These movements gently dilate the vaginal tissues.
-
Gently pull out. Take five minutes to relax and unwind.
